Resolutions…
Around this time of year i always begin to think about what my New Years Resolutions will be, however i give little time thinking about the past year. We often spend so much time thinking about “whats next” and give little reflection time to what has already happened. This year i learned alot about how what has happened in the past does alot to shape your future, so before making any resolutions for 2010 i’m going to take sometime to give 2009 a proper goodbye.
Take some time to reflect on what the year has meant and what needs to be finished before i start something new. See what was never started and what things i was just too scared to end. This will help me see what i need to do in 2010 instead of just proclaiming i need to loose weight and save money in the new year.
